On October 8, 2026, Asian supermarket chain T&T opened a 66,000 square foot shop at North York's Empress Walk, the largest outlet in the province so far. It was previously a Loblaws supermarket, which is owned by the same parent company.

This example is located in Richmond Hill, a suburb north of Toronto, in a development by Sundance Homes. The residence is over 5000 square feet in size with an asking price of about $2.9 million.
