[Dartmouth] Woodlawn Mall Redevelopment | Planned
Baker Drive Developments is planning to redevelop this Woodlawn Mall property over the next couple of decades. I'll dig into the Regional Plan documents where this is explained but for now;
Phase I is proposed as a 28 & 15 storey building on a 5 storey podium with ~470 units in an existing parking lot. This would become a new home to Staples which would then be demolished.
