Definitely not minding these new builds. I do wish Donald could be rezoned to allow more commercial as well as all these new residences and become more of a main street which is something Overbrook is missing.

Based on its "corridor" designation in the Official Plan, rezoning to Donald will likely come with the comprehensive zoning review.
