Construction kicks off on the 7th office tower at Plano's Granite Park

Construction has started on the next tower in the 90-acre Granite Park development in West Plano.

Developer Granite Properties is building the 10-story, 330,000-square-foot building on the south side of State Highway 121.

The high-rise will be the seventh office building in the 17-year-old mixed-use project which is located at the southeast corner of Dallas North Tollway and State Highway 121.
