High-rise hotel project approved for Plano’s Legacy West development

The City of Plano has approved incentives for the construction of the $82 million hotel project which will be built in the new Legacy West development on the Dallas North Tollway.

The 300-room Renaissance Hotel will be built on Legacy Drive just west of the tollway.

The hotel project has the backing of the family that owns the hugely successful Sam Moon retail firm.

A ground breaking tomorrow will kick off construction of the next big development in Plano’s booming Legacy West development.

The Renaissance Hotel will be built near the northwest corner of the Dallas North Tollway and Legacy Drive.

• One Haggard Place
• Hotel Project
• Palladium Tower
• Trammell Crow Tower
• Windrose at Legacy
