^ Yeah, it really looks to be going about as fast as these kinds of projects go in Winnipeg. Even the hoarding and shoring looks like the stuff you see on huge Toronto and Calgary projects!

I thought the same thing. If it's going to take two years though maybe someone can paint it up haha.

There's a pit in that corner now with forms at the bottom already. noticed this as I passed by on the bus this morning

Quite a change from the usual Winnipeg project timeline of announcement first, and then five years until construction starts...

Perhaps at this point, business owners are formulating plans to eventually move to the area. The potential for Graham Ave is amazing.

Almost feels like they are trying to make significant progress on their plan before making a public announcement so that when people are against the idea it is "too late" to stop it.
