Not the Spice Route! That place had amazing washrooms but that's about it.

I believe both are still mired in red tape at their respective city halls. Keep waiting...

Also, YSL and 160 Front are both in site prep and will be off this list and onto the Top 10 list soon. CG Tower will be starting up in the next few months. Long shots to start soon are The Hub and the M & G twins.

Water's Edge at Cove and Two Gilmore Place should be considered as any day. They could beat 160 and YSL.

Looks great. I think 8 Elm has a newer rendering though. Also, CG Tower (Expo 5) is 189m.

Trinity Station has new heights... very minor and doesn't change the standings.
Tower 1: Increase 232.5m to 233.9m
Tower 2: Increase from 204.4m to 207.4m
Tower 3: Decrease 130.7m to 129.1m (not in top 50)

Me too. It's also nice to see tall buildings go up this far east.

Love it. Inset balconies are always a win in my books.

Bridges are cool but they're over-selling this one. The mysterious exterior execution will likely make or break - wait .. 2 tall boxes... what city am I in? Hope it turns out good though lol.

Some tower articulation could have made this a home run.

Looks like two slabs with messy mullion design and a skybridge to me. Not terrible, but not exactly elegant or sympathetic to its surroundings either.

I think the height is getting some people excited.

im not a big fan of boxes, i like these. i like how they are slim from one side and broad from the ohter side and like the way both are positioned and the way the bridge is attached to them.

Sober and straight-edged, and yet surprisingly elegant and pure.

Also for this area, these heights are huge. That's basically a new 1250 R-L and a PVM added right there.

EDIT: I suppose they will be built simultaneously?

Nothing, wrong with a little height. Of course if this was in Toronto, we would want a few more meters before getting worked into a frenzy.
