As amazing as the buildings look, the actual landscape is disgusting.

I can't wait to see more though.

Spectacular city in the middle of the desert... Amazing and incredible skyline!

Thanks for your fantastic shots, pallo.

Congrats and greetings from Madrid, Spain.

Nice pics! I just came back from Dubai, it's really one of the world's most exciting and coolest cities. Seems you were more lucky with the weather.
There were rain and grey weather at least two days...not what you would expect from Dubai. But still great!

I was there in Feb for a couple of weeks. It truly is an incredible city. I hope you had some time to spend in old Dubai. We found it the most interesting part of our trip. There are so many 1,000 ft buildings that amazingly they loose their luster after a few days and you almost don't notice them.......the Burj Khalifa is on another level though. It ts so incredibly tall that it causes you to pause whenever it comes into view through-out the city.

I look forward to more of your pic's.

Those first 5 photos are just wow.... Very impressive. Nothing on the globe quite like it. Dubai has definitely made my bucket list. Unless I die suddenly, then oops; Didn't see that coming.

I hope one day I have a reason to see this city up close, nice photos. Although I can't help but think this could be Las Vegas on steroids.
