Red face TORONTO | Hotel X | M / FT | 28 FLOORS

Address: 111 Princess Avenue (Exhibition Place)
Developer: SBJ Group
Architect: NORR Architects

This one is under construction and under the radar (probably because it`s rather uninspiring). New hotel coming to the Exhibition grounds.

I agree this isn't the best of designs, but it's not too bad. And certainly welcome to have a hotel in the area.

One of my favorite projects in the city, it's not pretty but the functionality will be enormous.

Think about sitting on the pool deck/patio during Caribana, Indy Car or the Air Show... it's gonna have a super party vibe and it's adding a lot of convention space and amenity space for the public as well as hotel patrons...

Most of the podium looks like a warehouse out in Concord. Even Brutalism has style.
