Sept. 17th by yonderbean.

Cladding is up - should be interesting if it continues the pattern that we saw on RCMI.

*MODS* This one is 76 meters (249 feet).

Now that the glazing is going in I hope the colour variance turns out to be as subtle as the rendering. From the above picture it looks pretty harsh, but maybe with more glass in place it will get toned down.

Hard to tell for sure from the photo, but is there more of the cladding up? I, too, am interested to see if it's anything like the rendering.

December 15th by Indrid Cold. Is the cladding choice a welcome addition or an eyesore that will age poorly?

I'm in two minds with the cladding. In some photos it looks fantastic, in others it's a little messy. I think this is one I will need to see in person to really judge and get a feel for its look.

The reason there are no windows on the south face is because when the parking garage in this photo:

eventually gets redeveloped the street will be relocated slightly south and the redevelopment will be built where the street is currently, meaning that there cannot be any windows there or else they will in 5-10 years be facing a blank wall. I seem to remember the reasoning behind the relocation of the street has something to do with the US consulate being directly to the east.
