Looks to be the lot next to TD Assurance on St-Jacques

Don't know the seriousness of this because it looks like an exact clone of le Triomphe but I figured I might as well post it anyways.

Its is the same lot where Barin English [Tour St-Jacques] has a proposal that I believe was posted by Gilbert.

This one is still very well alive. It'll be named Le Victoire.

As you can see, the historic building with Domino will be restored to its former glory!

On the block West of it (from where the red car is leaving) could rise this project, Univers:

My partner and I have a link for the L'Universe website

http://www.devmcgill.com/fr/univers or http://www.devmcgill.com/en/univers

Must be more than a proposal

Gilbert from Mtlurb reported that the tower will be 95m with 12' foot ceilings. The tower will have 24 floors instead of 23.

Talking

Thanks for the exact details on the height.

Although the the increased floor count and new name were reported two months ago (and 2 months before mtlurb) in the M O N T R E A L thread. The current website is http://levictoria.ca

Recall the previous render:

http://levictoria.ca/The_Victoria_on...tay_tuned.html

This project was previously proposed for this site in 2010:

Here's a higher resolution night shot (I never knew Citibank had a tower in Old Montreal...)

That is too gangsta for me to handle. We got downtown L.A. in our backyard.

I have some serious reservations about the curved balconies on the top of the western facade, as well as the huge balconies poking out on the lower floors of the southwestern corner and the blank wall on the eastern facade.
