Red face City Creek Center - Salt Lake City development

Okay guys, this is a restart of the City Creek Center thread. Lets keep it clean and rant-free.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/City_Creek_Center

http://www.downtownrising.com/city_creek/

City Creek Center is a sustainably designed, walkable urban community of residences, offices and retail stores that will rise over the next three years on approximately 20 acres across three blocks in the heart of downtown Salt Lake City. Upon project completion in 2012, the city will be one of few in the nation with a vibrant, mixed-use development at its core.

Almost all of those pics have been posted over on the Comp. thread. Hopefully that will help some.

He asked the other mods to lend a helping hand and get this section back on track, which its been dealt with and now its back on track.

Lets stay on the up and up, there will be plenty more photos and news to post in the coming days, weeks, and months.

The topic here is the City Creek Center, not a discussion of the problems in the other thread or how it was handled... Lets move on guys.

The old CCC topic has been placed in the thread archive section:
http://forum.skyscraperpage.com/showthread.php?t=117672

The discussion here is of CCC, not of how the problem was managed or any of that.

Will you guys please get back on topic? Thanks.

Were the Richards Court condos going to be opening in Spring 2010? I can't remember the timeline for those, but they're looking like that date could be feasible.

It looks like things might be happening with the Harmons. According to a sign posted on the door, there is a meeting on the 28th concerning the parking structure on the south side of Social Hall Ave.

The regent seems to be just flying up. The whole project, for as massive as it is, seems to be coming along nicely. Very exciting
