Greensburg, PA - Concert in the Park

During the summer, Greensburg presents a series of free concerts each week at the Robertshaw Amphitheater in St. Clair Park. A hard afternoon rain turned into a beautiful evening for Johnny Angel & the Halos to perform.

On my way to the concert...

Concert Time...

Hope you enjoyed!

brilliant pics, dude... Johnny Angel and the Halos sounds like a good time

Greensburg is a nice satellite city... some great architecture downtown... and the courthouse is mind-blowing

btw, Greensburg is in the Top 10 nationally for daytime population increase amongst cities under 25,000

^ Yep, it's the Westmoreland County Courthouse, an impressive structure indeed. My wife's family is from the Greensburg area, so we visit the city every once in a while. It's a very urban little rascal. Wonderful pics Burgh15, looks like it was a fun time. Thanks, and welcome to the SSP forum.

Cool, I have never seen Greensburg on here before. It is a cool little urban town. It feels a lot larger then it is. The architecture there is awesome, and they have a art museum I would like to check out.
Great job.

Nice Pics!

My grandfather is from Greensburg. I didn't get a lot of pics when I was there because of the failing light, but it seemed like a very decent place. That courthouse is phenomenal.

I like it!! That courthouse looks like a statehouse!! But it's probably too small for that. Great shots!! It looks as if you had a pretty good time!!

Mine too. One thing about western or Central PA, is some small towns can be depressing, but the County seats are always beautiful architecturally and are very lively. Examples are Greensburg, Hollidaysburg, Ebensburg, Somerset, Indiana, Butler, etc....
