It is covered market of Saint Denis, it was recently renovated.

Indeed. I must admit I was pleasantly surprised by those photos. It seems to be way nicer than most people think.

Carrefour Pleyel district is closer to Saint Ouen see here than Saint Denis "center", for one reason these are separed by a high railway complex
