Southern inner suburbs of Paris : part 5

I would go in eastern suburbs but with the transportation strike, it would be complicated, so I walked around my home.

Official we are in suburbs but with a high density of population and jobs, inner suburbs of Paris are far to be real suburbs.
With transport strike and low temperature, residencial district streets are a bit empty.

The streets may look empty but the low autumn sun shines good on the buildings

Obvious with less than 10°c but dont worry in the part 6, the streets have more people and less cars.

It's always interesting to see these kind of ordinary and a bit boring streets from famous cities.

White with a high Black, Arab and East asian population like most part of Paris. (don't be wrong most are French and born in France).
Here most inhabitants are in the upper middle and middle class, the poverty rate and unemployement rate is low.
Montrouge and Chatillion have lower crime rate than average in France.

If you are interrested.
Poverty rate in Paris metro area.

1. Paris or Inner Paris 75
Inner suburbs
2 Haut de Seine 92
3 Seine Saint Denis 93
4 Val de Marne 94
Oulter suburbs
5 Essonne 91
6 Yvelines 78
7 Val-d'Oise 95
8 Seine-et-Marne 77
Inner Paris has the second highest poverty and unemployement rate in Paris region.

This part is located in the Haut de Seine departement.

The 6th part is here

^This old-style, new building is an interesting attempt to export the bourgeois values of Paris to its suburbs.
It results in densification, beautification, but total lack of character.

There's one valid way to do it right : skyscrapers !
