That's a pretty well advanced rendering, so here's to hoping.

The thing Aurora has going for it is that the people in this area are piss poor. Not a lot of NIMBYs in piss poor areas.

Seeing as this this thread is ready to retire, perhaps the next thread should be split up by city? Fort Collins and the Northern Front Range has one thread, Colo Springs and the Southern Front Range has another, with perhaps a third for the Mountains?
