Anyway I'm not going to argue about it..
No offence but your posts seem to come off as angry and inflammatory.

This comes from the same city that, when firefighters were involved in a contract dispute with the city, many citizens called them "firesleepers", complained that they were lazy and useless and advocated firing them all.

This is also the city where taking away the right to vote from minorities and renters is openly talked about and advocated not just by random old men but by people who run for public office. One of them got more than 35% of the vote, in a race where the top five candidates get a seat. He came in seventh. He is also one of the city's largest slumlords, and the uncle of our famed Staal Brothers.

If any of you are wondering why I can be so cynical at times... I'm a product of my environment.
And I thought Winnipeggers were stupid. On that topic, it's reassuring, or something, to see that the losers from Winnipeg who moved to Calgary are still up to their old bullshit.

That post is so old why are you trying to re hash very old issues? Everyone's posts in this forum come across as angry at times. It's just the way people express anger.

Good shot at beating last years record low of 28!

He attacked me in another thread on semi similar grounds and I saw it on here as well.

I was just pointing out an observation, I'm not starting anything.

You insulted my city and I called you on it. If you want to call that an attack, then go ahead, we both know it wasn't though

I stated a view with a basis in Reality. Saying Calgary exists mostly for it's economy rather than it's climate is a reality.

I've been there, it's a nice city. I have nothing against it.

But good climate is one thing it does not have and no boosting about anything can change this.

Average highs of 22c in summer and -2c in winter?

Your summers are basically an extended spring with a few exceptions and your winters are well, winters.

Chinooks do break it up once in a while but thats not the norm on average.

Great city, great people, great economy, terrible climate.
Thats the way it is.

I just about spit coffee on my computer when I read this. I don't think they use degrees celcius to measure the number of murders in a given year

without doing any actualy math, that seems to be about the same rate 2013 (57 in total.)

At least it isn't going up at any significant rate.
