YSL wasn't part of the receivership proceedings

33Y is on the market still - https://f.tlcollect.com/fr2/120/5793...nt_Summary.pdf

I agree someone will pay it. That's close to the going rate for new projects. The Union on University was close to that if my memory serves me right. $1800 a square foot is not good for Toronto. It's not a premium building akin to Four Seasons, etc. It's the usual cheap finishes in cramped quarters. The whole Yorkville being lux is overblown. The majority of units are for the thousandaires. Arguably the most prestigious shopping albeit on a small scale. It doesn't really translate into living quarters. I think there are many more prestigious addresses in Toronto let alone the rest of Canada.

Still don’t know where to post photos of a single building yet, so this will have to do. Interior construction isn’t finished so sorta UC

Anywho, they were testing out the pride function last night. Still having a fair few issues...

Consider Telus Sky is not even on the first page anymore. The thread is only for ten buildings so I don't really want to disrupt your love affair either. It's just a suggestion.

Haha yes, talk about a fruitless exercise, which is why I made the sensible choice and put the photos here. It’s really not a big deal. And yes TD, the art piece is on the north and south faces.

With The One about to pause to work out above-grade permits and phase 2 of One Yonge having a deferred start; is M3 the tallest building in Canada being built at full pace?

If so then go Mississauga; might not be at the top of the list again for a while.

I feel if we are going to be technical over permit issues halting construction at The One than construction of M3 hasn't even started yet. I will add I'm under the impression its still in the excavation phase. I'm not up to date right now.

I passed by M3 about two weeks ago, and they are excavating. I took a peek over to UT and noticed they hit bedrock....which is very easy to hit in that area (less than twenty feet deep)

I also passed by the One today, saw the same thing...the imagery confused me but it's better than that nature-y crap....or worse, I don't really care. Seems like they're gettign work started soon. UT mentions Mizraihi (whatever his name is) is sorting out the section 37 benefits and they'll be starting soon.

I've seen sometimes its shale and sometimes its granite in Mississauga.

My impression with The One remains the same. They are stretched thin. Major concerns whether they will finish it and, should they, it will be supertall.

I'm not very inclined on either topic really....just whatever I pick up from T usually. I took these today for
1. The One (Toronto): 308.6m / 1013ft
