This one doesn't even stand out anymore when I drive by. What should have been a nice mid tower turned into some OK filler.

I hate the big concrete wall that goes along the road for this one

I'm starting to think the Five Guys Named Moe are back from the Valley and working on this prominent building;

Still no word on if this building is complete. Here's the website for anyone interested.

This ended up drawing almost no attention in the later stages of construction. Updates were scarce. That wouldn't have been the case with the 16 storey. "Filler" up please.

The building was ruined when the residents chopped it to 9 storeys and now they have no green space. This has to change. This is a prime example of where a 16 storey building with more green space would be far more beneficial to the community. In a rush to get projects approved developers are complying with the squat building, cheap material approach. People need to look around and see how this is marring the landscape and wasting valuable green space.

Units will be occupied as of this weekend and the building appeared complete when I passed by tonight. Time to get an "after" photo and list this as complete.

I want to get a picture while entering the peninsula via the 102!

With someone else driving, of course
