^ The photos really show you how the Phase 1 building is going to be a menace when the whole project is completed. It's small, takes up space and won't match the whole development in anyway. But hey, at east we got a Phase 2!

One Hundred is getting taller but construction is still slow.

Hibernia, in Dogtown, finally has steel going up. Estimated completion is in late Fall 2019.
St. Louis Community College at Forest Park's new Medical Science Building is shaping up. Glass and brick should be going on before long.
The region's first Element Hotel (in Midtown) ahs some serious foundation work going on.
Across the street, the City Foundry project is chugging along with foundation work happening on the future site of a parking garage and Alamo Movie Theater.
From this vantage point (Spring and Forest Park) you can see SSM's SLU Hospital rising just behind of the under construction roof at the Armory.

These two buildings are in the process of becoming lofts. The larger one is Steelcote Lofts and the smaller is Steelcote Crossing (Micro Lofts).

Tower Grove South's MOFO Apartments is way behind schedule but at least work is happening.
