^ Awesome shot. Wow.

We have a tower here in Chicago, 111 W Wacker, by Related Midwest, where they tried to use contrasting glass in the way this building does, but it was to less of an effect. It didn't come out nearly as well as the contrast seen above. Looking forward to the finished Spiraling product!

On a side note, but look how slender 200 Amsterdam is in the distance. Crane for 2 MW can be seen. 309 11th Avenue on the left.

I am absolutely loving the black and white feel of this tower, even in the color photos. Quintessential NYC to me.

I like it, though it's still a little too bulky for me, and the supertall sandwich is a bit much, at least until the area gets fully built out, and its more like typical Manhattan. But New York is a bit much, that's why people love it.

^ The last few shots really show off just how much of a presence this and The Spiral are gonna have on making this area the first real 21st century neighborhood in New York! I'd imagine the apartments/housing for Phase II will be a bit more affordable than what exists there now! Plus, with a school and other necessities, it'll have enough financial and energy draw to be its own self-sustained city of its own in the next 20 years!

This will be the most well-known skyline soon because of these buildings alone! Assuming it's safe to travel out there (I need to see my grandma who's not doing well and may pass), I would love to also see all these new skyscrapers in person in the next week or so! I know it's a little OT to ask this, but would a photographer have any issues out there by security? Especially as I'd have an out-of-state license (Texas). Otherwise I hope to run into other photographers as I wanna really put this 16-35mm lens to use!
