Any ideas of how tall 903 Peachtree will be? Maybe similar to Hanover Midtown?

Hanover Midtown is about 375 feet and 903 Peachtree will come in just shy of 355.

This seems to be moving forward. A land development permit was filed this week.

Sorry for the huge pic, but should help with seeing the details. There is an example balcony for you.

If the balconies were all like that consistently, it might look weird but maybe. But they ain't.

Looks like a water penetration nightmare. What is that fake wood cladding material? Is that some sort of plastic laminated wood product?

Yikes! that balcony support penetration detail is horrendous.

Regarding the top of the windows -that looks like a weep/head flashing detail for the window. Is that a stucco finish?

The Building Science Fight Club Instagram Account has some great sketches on how/why things are detailed the way they are. She even points out that sometimes things can be overly detailed (think belt and suspenders) as well.

smArTaLlone does a fantastic job of maintaining the list and links of all major current construction going on in the city.

Thank you. I didn't even think to do that but that is the obvious solution in the future. I will do this from now on.
