Street-level retail, some nice density and a decent design? Good for Minneapolis!

Going through and updating some of these older threads.

Images from plans approved in June 2018 (http://www.minneapolismn.gov/www/gro...msp-211473.pdf) .

Approved plans are 30 floors, ~325' roof, 405' spire. Apartments, retail, and office. Rumor on SSC is that Alatus has delayed this project to spring 2020 to focus on their Alia project (http://forum.skyscraperpage.com/showthread.php?t=212562) .
