Thanks! So eyeballing it, my guess is that it's currently about 140-145 feet.

Roughly that. Although, those pics are from last week. I was gonna swing by earlier and get some after dark photos. But it's dark and raining. I'll be out of town for a few days, so it'll probably be another week before I can see anything myself.

I wonder how many feet above ground this will be one year from now. It seems to be rising rapidly.

What's the normal timeline for a supertall of this scale? I live in Philly and it felt like it only took 2 years to put up Comcast 2 so maybe this will be around halfway done at this time next year?

From official beginning to official end? Like 4 years.
From actually beginning construction until it's basically done from a skyline perspective? Ehhh, 2 to 3 years. Ofc this all depends on the area it's being built in, the site conditions, the people building it, permits, etc, etc, etc.

I'm going to say it will be 40 stories by this Christmas. Foundation/Shoring work usually takes a couple years. Now that those have been completed, it will be rising pretty quickly.

The foundation work is already there thanks to the original building.

Well, the old foundation was made for a smaller building. I'm sure they did work to strengthen it for this much larger building. That piece of work probably went on as they disassembled the old structure. However, I'm not one of the crew-member or the project manager. This is all speculation, but it would make sense to upgrade the foundation to current codes/requirements as these can change over time.

That did happen, as was discussed in this thread multiple times.

Rising nicely, and now officially cleared. (Not that there was any doubt).

I wonder if 1,389 I’d the highest occupied floor or the parapet.

I'm pretty sure the FAA is more concerned about the highest part of the structure than the highest occupied floor.
