I'm not sure if 600 feet is even possible on that site. My source implied that it would be closer to the height limit (600 ft) than the view cone (430 ft), so maybe low 500's? All of this is contingent on doing office + residential or hotel, and from what I know, residential isn't permitted there...still very preliminary.
