Question beijing's dragon?

I've seen this building quite a few times during current Olympic coverage, and I've found a few pictures of it online ... what's the name of this building? Are there any diagrams of it here in SSP?

I've seen it to and it's supposed to be a torch. I don't know that tehre's a diagram but it's a nice building.

It is supposed to be called the "dragon's head",but we usually call it the "bird's head" regarding the "bird nest".
