Mill 99 seems to be only 65 m + mechanichal floor

For the Sugar Wharf towers, it seems the previous buildings just been demolished. That doesn't really count as if construction has begun.

Is Artwalk Condos really the same building as in the linked entry?

When I google 2851 Hwy. 7 [1]; I get its name is "Vincent Condominiums"
