Prices might have become elevated by historical measures, but the land is under utilized.

There's going to be 3 towers one day! It's going to be phenomenal when all of then are completed and built.

The Roosevelt area is going to look so much different. Especially once Derby is done and True North Studios gets their highrise going. Mm, I cant wait!

Didnt True North get 2 extensions for their 19 story highrise? I thought I remember reading they have until December to absolutely break ground. Otherwise they lose their RFP from the city. Something like that.

I am holding my breath! ;-;

Seems to me that they are doing everything they said they would do.

If you're behind on one tower, planning on four others seems kind of ambitious.

Thanks for the information, I did some research regarding RO2 office and in January they were approved an extension for financing. They had until June 15th, does anyone know if they received? If not they were approved for an additional 6 months (until December 2020) for financing.

https://www.bizjournals.com/phoenix/...-downtown.html
" The first would allow the company to close escrow by June 15. If True North does not close escrow by then, they would be able to extend the timeline to December 15."

The second hotel, not Meow Wolf would be The Godfrey, roughly 12 floors. Renderings are on the link below, page 18

Also some additional information on RO2 Office

Interesting details on these links.

That first brochure is incredible. if True North were able to do all that, that arts area would be amazing. I love the second document too, the RO2 tower is very attractive. I just hope they do it >_<

Let's hope, they have completed some items.

Who knew The Godfrey Hotel is a small chain, they have hotels in Chicago, Boston, Tampa and Hollywood. Hopefully they still move forward since this development would take 2-3+ years

Used to live next door to the Godfrey, really nice hotels. Not four seasons nice but definitely better than a Marriott.

I have now read on another site that Atari may be building in Vegas first. This site also did not quote their sources, so not able to confirm this. But that makes 2 sites that I have read this on. I am actively seeking more information, but not much coming up on this. Anyone have any contacts with TN that can confirm if this is true?

Slow news day. There's a jumper on the link 2 tower crane. Should get raised in the next couple of days for anyone that likes to watch such things.

There are cams on the roof of Link 1 and a cam on Skyline Lofts overlooking the construction, but I haven't been able to locate them on any public site and when I asked personnel at the start of construction, I couldn't get an answer if they were available publicly or not.
