What a cheap looking snoozefest.

Such a shame considering the area has such great midcentury and residential side street architecture.

That's an improvement over the original design to understate this substantially. Really love the base.

You should post the height in meters if you're talking about a building in Canada. In order the heights would be 196.9, 136.2, 121.3.
