I drove by for the first time yesterday to take a look, and my goodness, they looked like real people sitting down on the bench. Very realistic. Haven't been up close, but hope the color doesn't fade easily.

Thank you. It would be my pleasure if you did. Ian’s right, your former brother-in-law did a great job. The first night I saw them I thought they might be a couple of homeless people drinking late. It’s only when Ian posted here did I realize they were actually statues.
I think the skyline view in that second photo of Keith's won't be changing much until the ICE District Tower BG starts construction (which likely won't happen until the podium is completed at the very earliest). When completed though, it should fill in the gap nicely between Manulife and Stantec.
