Bailey Park Water Wall

This water feature was constructed by Biomed Realty Trust as part of their downtown mixed-use life science development. The park was planned as an area where "creative collisions" can happen between different innovators that can lead to new ideas. It actually has its own programing department, to program regular events. The water wall has color-changing lights at the top and bottom of the water feature, along with vertical lights on the sides, and two lighted signs (one announcing the name of the park and the other listing those involved in the construction of the park). A stone walkway, made from Belgium blocks and curbing from the original Victorian streets that were removed by the developer, connects the water wall to a crosswalk leading to a mixed-use power plant (Coal Pit Live concert series area) redevelopment across the street. The restaurant spaces in the power plant are designed to have views of the water feature and park.

You can see blue lights at the top of the water feature and green lights at the bottom (these lights can change colors):
