Claridge Homes is proposing to develop a five-storey building with one-hundred fifty-three (153) residential retirement home units as shown on the attached Site Plan at 4755 Bank Street. There will be sixty (60) parking spaces for the development, with fifteen (15) provided at grade, and forty-five (45) parking spaces in the basement level of the building. A total of thirty-eight (38) bicycle parking spaces are proposed, fifteen (15) exterior to the building, and twenty-three (23) in the basement level. The proposed development will be served by newly created drive aisle organized in a cul-de-sac format which provides for an efficient layout as well as easy navigation on site.
