Brigil is proposing to construct two condominium buildings, of 79 and 92 residential units respectively, as well as a 93 unit retirement home, on a 31,121-square metre site at 8466 Jeanne d'Arc Blvd, at Prestige Circle. The proposal also calls for the creation of surface and underground parking spaces.

Brigil has submitted a revised application for this site:

The proposal calls for a revision to the approved site plan at Brigil’s Petries Landing II (PL2) project located at 8466 Jeanne D'arc Boulevard, by replacing the 4 storey 93 unit retirement home originally contemplated for this site with the proposed development of a 10 storey 214 residential unit building with 2 floors of underground parking. The site intended to accommodate this building is known as the Building 8 site which is currently subject to an approved site plan dated September, 2018 ( Revision L) and a site plan agreement registered as instrument number OC1576807.

I hate Brigil. They make so many claims about sustainability and 15-minute neighbourhoods. Every week they have a new propaganda piece in the newspaper to promote their "green" initiatives yet never produce any development that's remotely walkable. I can't stand it!
