Not a huge fan of the front tower balconies, but otherwise, it looks great. Where is this?

Toronto. The scale is off. The buildings likely will be covered with grey spandrel glass. (They remind me of my Young and Robie Halifax concept where I've since realized how wrong supersized podiums with towers above is for a neighbourhood of intimate prewar buildings.)
