Managed to snap this with my phone while waiting for the bus this morning. Full size is here: http://imgur.com/NXsKfcY If I have time this weekend I'll see if I can pull out my dSLR and take some better ones.

Hyde Park Apartment Recap

So, to recap, Hyde Park, after a lack of new apartment construction for about 30 years, could see as many as four buildings come online in the next few years:

1) City Hyde Park
2) Vue53
3) Solstice on the Park
4) Harper Court, Phase 2 Residential Tower

Maybe...

What, in your opinion makes it cheaper?

Frankly, I think the bottom (and most current design) looks better than the older version on top.

Really? Wasn't aware of that - was it primarily a material spec issue? I guess it's just hard to tell from the two renderings in that for me, the more current version seems a little more streamlined, but the devil's in the details...

Some of this isn't new but we haven't had to many photos of Harper Court. I didn't realize how close Vue53 and City Hyde Park were to Harper Court. Both those developments will be huge for the area.
