Mission Bay has to be one of the largest redevelopment projects in the country.

and if you also consider that the adjoining neighborhood to its south, Dogpatch, is the fastest-evolving in the City, plus Crane Cove Park, Pier 70, and Mission Rock, and all the other 'ripple' developments that have gone/are going up in other surrounding blocks of Potrero Hill, Showplace Square and SoMa, to me it's astonishing how much impact you've got in a pretty concentrated area.

The financing for the development is now on track to be secured by February of 2019, with construction expected to commence within 30 days of its closing and the building, which will be known as 691 China Basin Street, to be completed by December of 2020
