New building proposed for the surface lot across the street from the Quicken Loans Arena.
Expected to be the fourth tallest in Cleveland.
It would be cool to see a clean modern building amongst the other diagrams on the city page.

Some side notes: it is now approved for construction, and in feet it is 650' tall also 54 stories! So excited to see the cleveland skyline change for the better.

I'm still going to think of it as proposed until I know it has been funded and they start tearing up the parking lot.

I find it funny that the whole city of Cleveland are in love with lebron james again when five years ago ( or however long ago it was ) so-called fans where burning his number 23 jersey and had nothing nice to say about him and those seats sat empty and now, these same people ( I'm sure ) are season ticket holders again. this city is filled with fair weather fans, franky, Cleveland is damn lucky that King James returned and franky they don't really deserve him.
