Agreed. This should've been designed with an observation deck from the start. All the major cities have multiple ones. NYC, Chicago, LA.

Friday 13th

View from my window (with a telephoto lens) of the tower in a very smoky environment.

the city's skyline has changed so much in the last 10 years, and especially the last 2. the next 2 ought to be pretty amazing also

Impressive shots. Looks like the first clear night after the fires.

The remaining panels on the North side are finally being filled in.

I live on a high floor at NEMA with a view of the skyline/Bay Bridge, and one thing that has not been mentioned enough about this one yet is that the glass is absolutely incredible during sunset. It reflects the colors of the sky perfectly and is a shimmering tower of pale pinks/blues/purples/yellows...just unreal. I love this tower in general, but at sunset it's incredible.

I agree and love looking at the tower as it changes during sunsets, from start to finish. It’s gorgeous!

View the new basketball arena construction in the foreground south of Market St. I was surprised to see the very large concrete structures!

October Sunrise

I'm surprised as to how much can be seen through the screen on the top of the tower. There will be some interesting changing light on this one as the season changes.

October Sunset

The blue reflected on the skin was amazing. I had to work fast to get this picture as the light was changing by the second.

Hi Jerry,

That may be temporary. From post #3566 it looks like the side opposite is still not filled in.

Wish someone could get a pic of this from Alamo Square, preferably at sunset
