The Edgewater and the lot for Edgewater II are up for sale. This could put construction of the second 22 story building off for a little

Holliday Genoglio Fowler, a Commercial Real Estate Brokerage firm is setting up an office in Center City. They are also handling the sale of the Edgewater and Edgewater II development rights.

Just spoke with the new owners of Edgewater on the phone. They said Edgewater II is another 2 years out. Unfortunate

I thought the current owner was marketing the site for flipping anyway?
