I'm not quite sure if im liking the design on this one. It seems kind of plain and kind of unattractive.

This project wasn't really meant to be a "looker," but rather another modern infill that fits into the neighborhood. I love the dark brick contrasting with the white. Just think what's happening on the lot directly in front of this...2001 McKinney. Now THAT will be a looker.

The restaurant will be located at Cedar Springs and Harwood.
