Palma & Partners Working On Another ‘Iconic’ Tower In Miami (Updated)

Palma + Partners is working on yet another downtown Miami tower which will be “iconic,” according to a new post on their social media feed.
Sketches and preliminary renderings show a building with hotel rooms on the lower levels and residential on the upper levels. There will also be an amenities level midway through the tower, and street level retail.
The location is undisclosed.
This is at least the second tower in Miami the firm is working on. Last month, plans for a 36-story tower called The Basel Miami were unveiled by property owner Sean McCormick, designed by Palma.
Update: According to the architect, the design is experimental in nature. It has not yet been presented to a property owner, and Starwood is not involved.
