I don't know all the crane lingo, is this a temporary crane or something longer term like a tower crane or luffer?

We decided to only add the latter types to the list, so that we don't have to track a bunch of those smaller construction cranes.

Looks like the crane is starting to get dismantled today at the 20/20 site.

I've taken it off the list. Wow, we came full circle with the pit!

I'm thrilled to see that finally built. We lose a crane, but no worries, we should adding a three more very soon. Eleventh Ave Place is close, so is Fuse, and Glenmore Gardens.

Wouldn't be surprised at all to see a few more large scale residential infills soon in Mission as the 4th street corridor continues to evolve.

From what I can see, there seems to be a growing trend of people with $$ who are looking to move from the burbs to a place like Mission with shorter commutes, lots of amenities and green-space.

As reported by shreddog in the YYC thread, the new control tower crane is coming down right now. I have removed it from the list.

There is a new crane up down in Montgomery along the Bow river. This would be directly West of the CO-OP gas station along 16th Ave NW.

Any idea what the project is?

I'm drawing a blank.

It's definitely a tower crane? Not one of those smaller units with no cab?

Definitely a tower crane with a cab.

I would say that it is right about here:

Weird floorplans........looks like lots of wasted space with 9 x 11 bedrooms in some of them. 2 cents.

I've added it to the list as mystery Montgomery project.

Looks to me like the addition to Bow View Manor. There is one there, I just thought it was on the list already. It's on Montgomery Blvd itself if that's the case.
