CALGARY | Glenmore Gardens Tower III | 178 FT / 54 M | 17 Floors

This one won't be in the proposals section for long as excavation is nearly done and a crane will be on site soon.

132 unit residential highrise.

I'm all for building upward, but in this case it doesn't seem like a great fit. The building scale would be better placed near a TOD or downtown. A 10-12 storey building would have been much better for nearby residents.

A crane is now up at this site. Might as well move it to the construction thread.
