Interesting. They’ve removed part of the Madison Ave “skirt” at the southwest corner.

They'll get rid of the whole thing eventually. But keep your eyes on the site. We'll get a reveal of the true color and appearance of this tower soon.

There are 6 more floors left until the next setback, steel was recently installed for what used to be 8 more floors left.

very similar cladding to the Hudsons Building in Detroit. Very elegant.

I like the dark tones. Unlike all the blue glass in Hudson Yards and Manhattan West.
