That's almost Solid Gold real estate.

After decades of very little change, Plains Rd. is evolving fast.

Six years later and we're starting to see a big uptick on Plains Road developments. This area is so ripe for densification since there's a ton of space and plazas that could go. Every time I go to Ikea, I can't help but think of the potential. But it's Burlington, and Burlington seems to think they're some quaint village like Oakville did in the 90s.
