Oi...are we allowed to graffiti the windows or will we be arrested for that...LOL...I want to do graffiti in there!!

They could have blank walls in the basement area that the public can paint on and then once its full be put on display in a rotating fashion that way there is always something new to see.

heh, when designing it I figured that eventually everything would be painted on eventually...it just looks better (and is easier) in renders to have nice clean walls.
