Here's what you are not understanding:

No one asked you or your architect uncle to undertake this project. No one paid either of you two to do it. Neither you or your uncle have the development experience (or more importantly the money) to undertake this project on your own. There's nothing legitimately real about this project other than it's a fun design exercise for you.

Thus, this proposal is a fantasy, a work of art (in your mind), and thus doesn't belong with the work in the proposals/visions section of this forum.
