Now that is a sweet penthouse terrace and deck!
This should be SSP Calgary headquarters!

There's where we should have our next SSP meet. We might have to do it while the building is still under construction though. Once it's done, there's no way us lowly forumers are getting up to that penthouse.

The two storey interiors look to have a nice open concept. Be nice to see this one start to rise.

This one will be really cool, even though it's actually a loss in density.

There's a another new project coming up, a block east of this one, that will be 46 units, and thus adding back a bit of density

Good to hear. Has it been proposed yet? Didn't The River decrease the density of the neighbourhood too?

The sign in front of the building has disappeared... Does anyone know if this project is still happening?

It has disappeared once before and then re-appeared for some reason. It will be a hard sell over the next couple of years, but I have no doubt that it could happen.

I agree, it will get built, but might take a while. The River absorbed a lot of those high priced units, so it might take a bit to get that market again.
