Aston Martin Residences Reaches 70 Percent Sold, Now At Level 49

https://www.thenextmiami.com/aston-m...w-at-level-53/

Condos at downtown Miami’s Aston Martin Residences are selling fast.

The developer says that 70 percent of the project’s 391 condo units are now sold. That is a significant increase from October 2020, when around 60 percent of units had been sold.

Prices start at around $1 million and range to over $50 million.

Aston Martin Residences is currently under construction and has reached level 49.

The tower will top off at 66 stories.

Aston Martin is also on track to become the second tallest in all of Miami at 816 feet above ground. Only Brickell’s Panorama Tower is taller.

Completion is set for next year.

Its definitely showing that the bend in the building is no where near as pronounced as in the renderings.

Miami's skyline is being much bigger and taller. If only the FAA deviated all their flight patterns through Downtown Miami into the Allapattah/Wynwood/Edgewater corridor between Dolphin Expwy and I-195, then Downtown Miami will really explode with a lot of supertalls.

I'm still surprised that Mayor Suarez hasn't put forth that plan to deviate a lot of the flight patterns out of Downtown Miami considering that the height limits are going to eventually hamper Downtown's growth and it's possible to do so since it's air paths and there's absolutely no obstacles in the sky as it's air rights. I can only hope the city leaders do this so DT Miami can really explode with true supertalls!!!

Aston Martin Residences Tops Off As Miami’s Tallest Ever Condo Tower
https://www.thenextmiami.com/aston-m...r-condo-tower/

Quote:
Aston Martin Residences has officially topped off.
According to the project’s developer, the building has now reached the 66th and final floor.
Almost 80% of the project is also now sold, the developer said.
“I’m delighted that the reality is even more magnificent than the vision,” said Germán Coto, CEO of G&G Business Developments, in a press release.

The tower was designed to be “a love letter to Miami,” he added.
To celebrate, the developers held a ceremony on November 30 that included a fireworks display at the mouth of the Miami River.
