Just looked at number of units sold. There are 30 of the 45 units sold to this point based on info from their website. That is 67% sold. I don't think this has changed since I last looked in February.

Escala from 13th St. with crane removed. The step back on the opposite side is quite visible from this point of view.

Looks great! Lovely curves! I'm looking forward to seeing the exterior come together.

If I only had a couple million bucks, this would be pretty tempting haha!

There are still at least 5 townhouse (2 floor units) available for a more "reasonable" price of $500,000 to $650,000 I believe!! Go at it!!!

It looks like to me that higher density mostly happens at the ends of bridges on both sides of river banks just never looked at it that way before.

Its been one month since my last update. Lots more glass but other than that not a huge difference (on the outside anyway)

Lots of stucco on the back and the sw side. The front is actually a bit hard to see now that the trees are fully leaved out.

There used to be wires on poles down the back alley but they buried the wires beginning at the close sliver pole to the corresponding silver pole in the distance. I think they also buried the wires to the homes on the other side of the alley.
